December 2023 Hancock Park Update
Happy New Year to all! The best holiday gift for the real estate market was the Fed’s announcement to hold rates in December and to expect 3 cuts in 2024. Sentiment soared & the stock market hit new highs. Hollywood is back to work as well which translates into an uptick in the number of transactions.
The numbers for the month look very similar to Dec 2022 for Hancock Park. Measure ULA has had a dramatic impact across the city in all real estate sectors. There were no sales for the month over $5MM here.
