Back in the 1980s, Janet Loveland and Sue Carr migrated from Louisiana and New York respectively to raise their families in the “coolest” neighborhood in LA. After several years of community involvement, each chose to build a career in real estate servicing the local neighborhood they knew and loved. Today, their combined 80+ years of experience almost equals their ages. Janet’s daughter, Anne, made the wise decision to join the “Family Business” in January 2005. Having literally grown up in the world of real estate, Anne Loveland watched her mother in action for decades, a fact which translates into a “leg up” on the competition.
