Hancock Park sales in March were strong across the board with 3 over $6MM and 2 sales in Fremont Place (rare since there are only 73 homes in the gated community).
*The highest sale was off market at 5225 2nd St for $7.98MM which last sold in late 2018 for $5.45MM. Safe to assume may upgraded had been made.
*Next was 72 Fremont for $6.95MM which we sold in 2018 for $5.9MM and much has been upgraded over six years. It was wonderful to represent the buyer this time around.
*We sold 123 S Irving also sold off market in multiples for $6.92M+. This one was beautiful with all the bells and whistles.
*96 Fremont sold for $4.3MM after 5 different listing agents and 636 days on the market.
There were 4 sales in the $3MM range and 3 sales in the $2MM range.
The lowest sale for the month was 507 S Norton at $1.485MM for 1,836 sq ft on a 3,179 sq ft lot after 71 days on the market.
Demand continues. Proper preparation and thoughtful pricing continue to be winning strategies.
