It’s that time of year again to take advantage of these next few weekends before Memorial Day and the summer travel season.
After all the rains it’s an ideal time to focus on drainage and gutter care, verify the sump pump is working (consider even a backup generator for it) and touch up exterior paint where needed. Take a look around and notice what needs your care.
Maybe you need an annual termite inspection again? Window and screen care? Or just a new HVAC filter and fresh batteries for the carbon/smoke doctors?
