If you are looking for a great real estate team, you don’t have to look any farther than the amazing women at Loveland Carr Properties. Janet Loveland, Sue Carr and Anne Loveland are knowledgeable, hardworking, and are clearly respected experts in their field! We feel so lucky to have found them,  and the proof is in the extraordinary result: just two weeks after listing our house we had multiple offers and ended up selling for six figures over our asking price. Impressive! We had never sold a house before, and after living in our home for over 30 years, we knew that it would take a lot of work to get it ready for market. All three ladies were patient, pleasantly persistent, and a lot of fun to have around. They were on top of every aspect of preparing and marketing our home, and they applied their considerable sense of style to the many details of making our house look its absolute best. Although we were a little intimidated by the cost of some of the deferred maintenance that was clearly needed to be competitive in the current marketplace, Janet, Sue and Anne explained how each investment would help the sale and then left the decision of what to spend up to us. They guided our choice of paint colors, lent us numerous accessories to help stage the house, and even got down in the dirt to help us plant flowers to boost our curb appeal. Clearly the other realtors in the area know that Loveland Carr Properties sells beautiful houses, and that there would be plenty of Janet’s home cooking offered at the Broker’s open house. Perhaps the most important advice they offered us was on how to set the asking price. The smart price they helped us set clearly got people in the door, and after many weeks of hard work, all that was left was to let the house sell itself. The fact is they are just good people. Their hands-on approach is result driven, but they are also kind and caring people. We didn’t feel so much like clients, but more like newfound friends that they welcomed into their lives. Friends that they would bend over backwards for, and friends that will be there for us whenever we need a hand (or some homemade marmalade).
