I cannot say enough good things about the Loveland Carr Group. I worked directly with Anne Loveland but everyone was fantastic. When my mother passed I was overwhelmed with the implications regarding her home. While the issues were not insurmountable, they were certainly daunting especially since we were still dealing with an active pandemic and I did not live locally.
Anne literally handled everything before, during and after the sales process. From getting the HVAC system in my mother’s home fixed prior to listing to waiting while both furniture and art movers removed the aforementioned goods post agreement/pre-closing, Loveland Carr handled every large and small detail.
I want to make sure to mention that not only did I not live in Los Angeles, neither did the buyers. Anne simply took that in stride even when it meant coordinating the schedule of at least 8 -10 different groups of people (I’m including groups like inspectors, plumbers, HVAC repairmen, at least 2 of which weren’t local). Let me end by saying I personally abhor moving. Not the change in locations, just the process. Anne Loveland has me to the point where I’m actually looking forward to my next move (only if Anne is available to help).
