Anne Loveland and the team at Loveland Carr Group (Janet Loveland, Sue Carr, and Anna) are simply the best! We searched for our house in Hancock Park for 3 years and our wish list was not an easy one. Anne was very patient in understanding our wants and needs. She was always very responsive and made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. When it came to offers, diligence, and anticipating issues, she went above and beyond. We felt like we truly had a partner in Anne and a team in our corner. It also helps that between her, Janet, and Sue, they know every house in the neighborhood and have seen it all. We truly appreciated her calm demeanor, tenacity and attention to detail throughout the process. She is also someone who truly cares about long term relationships and has helped us immensely even after we closed escrow. She helped us find our unicorn and for that we are truly thankful!
