Anne and Sue made an extraordinary effort to help us sell our house in Hancock Park. They basically took over maintenance of the house after we moved. They oversaw repairs, arranged for upkeep, and got it ready to be put on the market. And, they worked tirelessly to find us a buyer, guiding us through every step of the process along the way. Even though we had moved 3,000 miles away, they always kept us informed about what was going on. We cannot recommend them highly enough. They have an unsurpassed knowledge of the local market, masterfully managed the sale of our house, and were just lovely to work with.
