We discussed replacing the upstairs carpet and Janet and Mary Kay selected the color and fabrics. Then Janet arranged for the carpet to be laid before we moved in on Sunday.”

Janet arranged for a decorative painter to finish the banister in an antique iron finish and the stairway in a magnesite finish. They are both the highlight now of the entrance hall.”
